Colville Rotary Chili Cook-Off
You're invited to compete in our first annual open chili cook-off!
It is to be a festive event with music, entertainment, beer, wine & family fun
We expect to feed about 1500 attendees from Spokane, Canada & the Inland Northwest
You may compete in one or more of three categories of chili
There will be judges & peoples choice awards for each category
With three categories, there will be 18 place winners plus honorable mentions

Grand Exalted Chief Chief Chili Pepper of Washington State who will be our event head judge and official CASI-sanctioned referee.
